TV/FIRESTICK CONNECTED TO IPHONE HOT SPOT

Hello
Happy New Year to you all.
I have an LG smart TV which I have often had problems with, connecting the Firestick to my iPhone network, but I normally get there!!
On this trip though I keep receiving ‘IPhone not in range’.
Can anyone help me out?

That does work, I don't have to do anything with my mobile router but when I use my phones hotspot it regularly says not in range even if the phone is next to the TV

turn both off and back on again in personal hotspot also lay it near tv
See all net works that's what I do
Then comes up I phone connected
