Broken heater control knob

Hi I have a Trumatic C 3402 in my Burstner. With a broken control knob (it just came off in my hand... honest)
I cant seem to find a replacement anywhere. I have tried Southdown Motorhomes, but they say I have to buy the whole control box.
Is there anyone out there that knows where I can get just the plastic dial. Thanks...
 
Without knowing the system I'm just guessing, but is the spindle a similar size to a volume control, try Maplins for a cheap Knob and try that

Colin, try this guy. WATER PUMPS AND ACCESSORIES, TRUMA CARVER SPARES items in CARAVAN SUPPLIES INTERNATIONAL store on eBay!

He seems to have some obscure bits. I just found him great for some freezer hinges I needed, best price as well.

Does your plastic dial look anything like this:

I think I have a couple of spares. I will look in my MH tomorrow and let you know. We may have a small problem here as you are not a full member, so could be awkward to make contact with an e-mail address or phone no: Mobile phone is no good for me as I cannot get a signal where I live. Anyway, let me check If I got a spare. Watch this post tomorrow.

Just a thought ColinK. If you are prepared to give me your land line on a post. I can call you and sort things out. As long as it not an 090 Number☺☺☺
