Telecom Satellite issues

first time we've been away and I can't get the satellite (teleco) to lock onto a signal, it worked in May/June but nothing now.
I was at Stonehenge on the drove where we've had a perfect signal before but last night nothing.
Currently down on Sidmouth and still nothing
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try locking on to Astra 1, this should let you know if it's a change in frequencies or a problem with the hardware.

Depends on your specific model, but I would suggest that you download and install the software update: Build 7.6 released 30/07/2024 for a number of Teleco satellite dish controllers.

it's not locking onto Astra 1 either. Does this mean it's probably a hardware issue?
