Water tank suspension brackets

Any decent fabrication shop should be able to make them up for you out of a bit more substantial steel, should be an easy enough measure up if you can get to it, I would think they would be bolted on not welded.

Sorry for delay , i need to
replace the metal frames that support the fresh and waste water tanks under the van due to corrosion ! Wondered if there would be dimensional drawings available to make new ones as i assume they wont be available off the shelf !

They are badly corroded. If you intend to keep motor for a good while, look at brackets made from alloy. If from steel, have new steel galvanised.

Take dimensions from current brackets, looks a simple task.

Didn't see the picture before, I'd take it to a fab shop and let them give you a quote, I thought it was just standard straps but the the frame is worse than the straps.

Yes galv after shotblasting, dont mix alloy with steel when mounting.
Why not Trev, I’ve been on RNLI Lifeboats where the hull and deck are made from steel and, the top structure, as in wheelhouse and engine compartment made from alloy.

Was the boat class left on the picture.
The boat on the left looks like a Tyne class, the one on the right looks like a Tamar class, both are all weather boats, the Tamar class was the replacement for the Tyne class.

looking for help or advice regarding my Autocruse Starburst 2009
I had a support bracket break. I took the motor to Essanjay in Poole and they fitted a new bracket within the hour supplying and fitting a new bracket at a better price than I was expecting. I don't recall exactly how much but I think it was less than £50. They had the new bracket in stock.

Trev, what do the tables say about this, see image, steel into wood = Woodworm ? 😂
