I am installing a whale submersable water system, and can not understand how the pressure switch and pump are wired up to the battery can any one explain or send me a wiring diagram its holding up my conversion, thanks, bandy.
I am installing a whale submersable water system, and can not understand how the pressure switch and pump are wired up to the battery can any one explain or send me a wiring diagram its holding up my conversion, thanks, bandy.
Take a red coloured wire of at least 2.5 mm thickness from the positive terminal of the battery via a suitable fuse to one contact of the pressure switch. Then using a new piece of red wire of the same thickness, make a connection from the other terminal of the pressure switch to one of the pump terminals (possibly marked + or pos) Then using a black coloured wire, again of at least 2.5 mm connect it to the other terminal of the pump and take it to the negative terminal of the battery or to ground which ever is eaiser. Try pump, if it seems to be running the wrong way reverse the pump connections and try again.
