ACSI payment reminder

Bit puzzled but just had a payment reminder mail from ACSI.

I thought payments were taken in December/January for the annual sub. I did receive the 2021 book and card.

Any thoughts?

I don’t think they extended membership in anyway unlike the various camping clubs and Brittany Ferries.

Yes I messaged them about that . No response

I received my books/card Dec. the charge was made on my credit card mid March.
