Disappearing stops

I wonder if anyone else has found difficulties this year. On my first trip to Dorset and Devon I have.
Coming out of Shaftesbury on the A30, 3 laybys no longer available, 1st full of gypsies and the next two piles of gravel.
So tried the 3 WC stops near Stoke sub Hampton ( sorry lost the name of the hill) all 3 no longer allowed, poster states a ranger will be monitoring.
A small car park coming out of Seaton, no longer available.
At least there are more aire/ car parks but many want £10.
Oh dear.

Always try and update the poi if they have changed...they do quite frequently.
