Hello,

Can you please do the following?

1) open the Safari web browser on your mobile phone.
2) enter the address maps.google.com in the search bar and go to the page.
3) if it asks if you would rather use the app please select "stay on web"
4) click on the button in the bottom right of the map that says "your location"
5) please report back exactly what happens.
