Incineration Toilets

I've looked into them - erm so to speak!

Reading reviews some time ago they were very contradictory re cleanliness/odour and economical factors, but I think they have improved massively and I believe that the Cinderella make are the best and most efficient available.

They are a lot of money, but in the grand scheme of things I think that they would be worth it in that they would pretty much get rid of one of the chores of motorhoming. Shame that MH manufacturers don't build them into new models, it would be a great sales pitch.

For the money though, I would like to see more than a 2 year guarantee.

How about a nice Chinese version. (y)

Pricewise great - but I wouldn't buy one until they'd been reviewed a few hundred times!

Don't get me wrong, some Chinese stuff is great, but not all of it.

Maybe a diesel version! :giggle:

I can picture the adverts for them if cab heater ones are anything to go by. 😂

I've seen one on display about €3,000 by the time it's fitted. ( Algarve technic, Armacao de Pera, January 2020. )
Can't remember the make but made in Norway.
Looked smart.
I have also read about an American model that uses exhaust heat a few years ago.

I had a look at the specifications
"Voltage 240VaC" - so EHU or inverter required.
"Energy consumption 0.8 to 2 kWh (Per incineration)", so if using 12v & inverter 800wh/2000wh = 70 to 170ah.

Which I think makes them unsuitable for wild camping unless you have a lot of solar & battery.
and I think a curry night out for 2 would make everyone have flat batteries.

Don't you just hate it when facts get in the way of a good rant.

You can get LPG ones.

More MUST Have gadgets. Go over to the MF forum and put a post on about how good they are now you have had one fitted and they will be queuing up to buy and have one fitted. Same happened with the gas level detectors. They went mad buying them and getting them from all over the place. Bah Bah .. ;)

Would I be on commission. 😂

Now if I had one like this in Henley a couple of years ago My life would be so much more bearable today. Ah it gave a few Something to gossip about for a while. Think I would have blown the van to bits if it was one like this😜

Cinderella Motion :)

Must get my eyes tested a quick read of the advert and I thought it said:-
Well Hung Toilets.
