Fleurette is a premium French motorhome manufacturer within the Rapido Group, known for elegant design, superior construction and 100% Made in France manufacturing. The brand offers motorhomes spanning from ultra-compact to luxury A-class, with 11 different layouts and 14 possible interior ambiances.
The current range includes:
The Migrateur — ultra-compact low-profile models from just 5.99m, featuring superior insulation, plush beds, ingenious storage and optional pop-top roofs. Despite compact dimensions, the Migrateur offers supreme comfort.
The Magister — streamlined low-profile range on the Fiat CSS wide-track chassis, from 6.77m to 7.38m, with flexible layout choices.
The Elister — built on Mercedes Sprinter chassis with 150hp, for buyers wanting a premium base vehicle.
The Discover — Fleurette's flagship A-class range, launched in 2008, offering spectacular luxury with sociable living spaces and partitioned bathrooms. The ultimate expression of Fleurette's premium philosophy.
The Wellness — dedicated to comfort and well-being.
Fleurette has been producing high-quality recreational vehicles since 1967, manufacturing in Benet, France. The company initially built both caravans and motorhomes, developing a reputation for premium quality and French elegance.
In 2005, the Lucas family who owned Fleurette sold the company to Pierre Rousseau's Rapido Group — a decision driven by shared values, love of quality craftsmanship and geographic proximity. The merger strengthened Rapido Group's presence in the premium motorhome category.
Under Rapido Group ownership, Fleurette made the strategic decision to discontinue caravan production after 33 years, focusing entirely on motorhome manufacturing. In 2011, the sister brand Florium was launched as a modern motorhome brand, marking a turning point in strategy.
Fleurette's manufacturing is fully integrated in their French factory, including their own polyester workshop — making them the only French motorhome manufacturer to claim the Made in France label with 100% integrated manufacturing.
100% Made in France — Fleurette is the only French motorhome manufacturer with fully integrated manufacturing, including their own polyester workshop. Everything is made in-house in Benet, France.
Premium build quality — the fully integrated manufacturing process, with dedicated joinery teams continuing traditional craftsmanship expertise, produces motorhomes of exceptional fit and finish.
Rapido Group DNA — as part of the Rapido Group (which also owns Rapido, Westfalia and Dreamer), Fleurette benefits from one of Europe's most respected motorhome groups' engineering and quality standards.
Elegant French design — Fleurette motorhomes have a distinctly French aesthetic — elegant, refined and understated — that distinguishes them from German efficiency-focused design or Italian flamboyance.
Ultra-compact to luxury A-class — the range breadth, from the compact Migrateur to the flagship Discover, covers every touring requirement without leaving the Fleurette quality ecosystem.
If you want genuinely French-made quality — Fleurette's 100% integrated French manufacturing is unique among motorhome brands, ensuring quality control from raw materials to finished vehicle.
If you want a compact premium motorhome — the Migrateur range proves that compact dimensions need not mean compromise on quality, insulation or comfort.
If Rapido Group quality matters — the same engineering DNA that makes Rapido one of Europe's most respected brands runs through every Fleurette.
If you want a premium A-class — the Discover offers French luxury that provides a sophisticated alternative to German A-class dominance.
Very limited UK dealer network — Fleurette has minimal UK representation, making servicing and warranty support challenging for British buyers.
Premium pricing — French-made quality with integrated manufacturing commands premium prices throughout the range.
Predominantly LHD — the vast majority of Fleurette models are left-hand drive, with very limited RHD availability.
Low brand awareness in UK — Fleurette is well-known in France but has very low recognition among British buyers, affecting resale potential.
French market focus — specification, layout design and features are primarily developed for the French market, which may not perfectly suit all UK buyers.
Verify specification for UK use — confirm gas system, electrical standards and any adaptations needed for UK use. Most will be LHD continental specification.
Check the base vehicle — on Fiat Ducato: cam belt, clutch, gearbox. On Mercedes Sprinter: full service history.
Inspect the polyester bodywork — check GRP panels for impact damage, delamination or stress cracks.
Conduct thorough damp check — despite quality construction, any motorhome used in UK climate needs damp inspection.
Test all systems — heating, water, fridge, electrical circuits. Verify compatibility with UK mains hook-up.
Fleurette provides manufacturer warranty through the Rapido Group. The quality of Rapido Group backing provides reassurance of parts availability and ongoing support, though UK warranty claims may require liaison with European dealer network.
An independent warranty backed by the RAC is strongly recommended for used Fleurette purchases in the UK, providing domestic coverage independent of the continental dealer network.
OakTree Motorhomes offer up to three years of RAC-backed warranty, providing essential UK-based protection on a premium French motorhome.
When buying a used Fleurette, look for a dealer that offers an independent warranty backed by a provider like the RAC. This means your warranty remains valid even if the dealer ceases trading. OakTree Motorhomes offer up to three years of RAC-backed warranty, covering the average ownership period.
