Zig Customer service is absolutely Brill

I have a Zig CF8 distribution system in my motorhome, after many years service the Mains switch simply fell apart? Blue tack did not do the job so eventually got round to trying to find a replacement.

Found email address on the Zig website.

Outlined the problem and asked where a replacement could be bought.
Sent email at 11:47 am
Got a reply at 12:53 asking for my postal address.
Replied with same at 14:55.
Switch arrived in the post at 08:32 i.e. all in less than a day !!

Now how’s that for service
Icing on the cake? No charge – no cost not even postage and packing !!!!!!

thats a very good service....unfortunately not everything is so straight forward...:p
