Zig CF8 query

I have a very small van and I'm in the process of camper-converting her. I've fitted an auxilliary battery via a Zig CF8 unit. If I switch the Zig to 'On-Site' will all my van electrics be powered by the auxiliary battery or just those that are wired thru the Zig itself? Probably a daft question I guess...

Hi Gray
With my unit I have 3 positions, Van (cranking) battery, Leisure battery and finally Onsite.
When I am in the Onsite position, the central position for me. I must be plugged into the mains as both batterys are not used at all in that position. Also worth noting is that neither battery is being charged in this position either but if you are onsite for an extended period this is not a problem,

Yes only those things wired through the charger are live in this position.

:)
