A couple of dishes knocked up in my professional life ....second one a kids meal !!!!
...A home smoked half rack of ribs with a glaze ...the meat falls of the bone ! ..Homemade chips and a salad garnish
This second dish has soooo much potential we call it the four little piggies but the escalope of Pork is beautiful. I want to go sauted green beans and potatoes in garlic but we are struggling with the American connection.
