winter in South Kent .

hi folks , Just doing my research on the feasability of getting a small motorhome now or waiting a bit for the summer . Does anyone know of any campsites that give a decent weekly or monthly rate over the winter ?. I will need to stay in the area for work over the winter so would rather not. have to move every few days , One the summer comes I would be off though. would it be better to try and find someone who has a piece of land / yard etc to rent ?. This area has been invaded by travellers in the past few months, carparks , POI s and every layby etc is now being strictly monitored no overnight signs everywhere . . thanks ,.....K.

Whereabouts in South Kent? There are places to wildcamp but not for long periods, and if you don't want to move every few nights, probably not practical. Would it be worth trying to find a farm which will let you park there. A couple of small family owned campsites in Rhodes Minnis which might help but no facilities.

are officially limited to 1 month
I guess this might suit you

If they are open in Winter they might turn a blind eye !

thanks for the info folks thats good to know , I might have to re think my options , i recon finding a friendly farm spot and being really discreet was what i was hoping .
