Looking to buy windbreaks ,no wooden poles but think I would like the frame type to stop sagging ( if you know what I mean)
Just looking for recommendations and where to purchase without getting a mortgage
Thanks in advance for any tips and ideas

Are you looking for a freestanding windbreak with guy ropes that does not require hammering poles into ground but hammering pegs at the base of a frame, or a traditional windbreak that does have poles that hammer into the ground but not the typical beach wooden pole type.

We use an Easy Camp lightweight 4 pole 3 section windbreak with metal tube poles that are hammered in with guy rope supports if required which is easy to carry in its own bag with handles. Go Outdoors for £18. But the ground does need to be soft not hardstanding.

The frame type with the use of nails hammered into the ground at the pole base are the only suitable types for hardstandings

One option to consider as an alternative to a windbreak might be a pop up gazebo with windscreens which you can move as required. Means you can sit outside in the rain and you don’t need a wind out canopy. But you do need a decent full width garage for storage. And really for site use only.

That was our now sadly departed 'Spud' an Affenpincher with a heart about 10 times the size of him....
Happy walking up highest of mountains or miles accross wild moorland (only deep Heather tended to slow him down....
Swam like a bloody tug too.
Bimbled about on the beach whilst the long legged hoons ran steam off....

Sadly missed.

Sorry for your loss. I wish I hadn't been so flippant, I apologise.

Don't worry....
He had a very full and fun life....
Frankly visiting places that most affenpinchers never get to go.
Tough as old boots to the end and died peacefully literally in my arms.

AND it wasn't unknown for me to pile sand around him in the beach lol.

I always had to warn folks to make sure they were stroking the end with 2 eyes....
With his wooly coat it was difficult to tell which end was which lol

Does the Vango one have horizontal poles across the top to keep it steady? Just wondering because a friend of mine suggested putting extendable curtain rods on top otherwise.

No you don’t need it. If erected properly using guy ropes it’s really quite sturdy.
