Since December there have been up to 40 motorhomes wildcamping in the beach car park on the N340 between Torrox and Nerja.
This has only been possible because the height barrier was broken when the circus was located in this car park last autumn. The local Council has turned a blind eye to this since then but on Thursday of this week all the motorhomes were asked to leave and the height barrier has now been reinstated.
Just wanted to let everybody know in case you were hoping to park there. Nerja is a beautiful place to visit but it is not motorhome friendly.

but hey hoe, there seems to be more MH friendly places this year than over the past couple of years,:bow: although Xabia, Palomares, Vilaricos and Almirimar have all been moving 'Campers' :camper
