wild camping in ireland

Happened on the site in my planning stage for a trip to ireland in may. will stay for 1 month and don't have any plans for a rigid schedule. would want to do walking/climbing during the trip. i do like camp spots that are within walking/cycling distance from a pub. any info. welcome at this stage

all areas of ireland would be on my agenda. i don,t intend a whistle stop tour but would move around as the notion took me. i do prefer rural destinations . i will probably cross at stranraer and i have visited Donegal in the past thanks for any info.
