Wild camping app. How?

I used to have the "wildcamping W" app on my phone but now it's gone and been replaced with the poi app.
How do I load up the "W" app for this site?

The app is just for finding locations.
We have never had a forum app.

If you want a W icon on your phone that you can click on to open the site I can help with that but I need to know what device and web browser you are using.

Using Chrome and it's an android phone
( Before the location app ,I used to have a W on my screen and it just came to this site, that used to be the forum app)

Please follow these steps:

1) Go to the homepage https://wildcamping.co.uk
2) Click on the Chrome menu icon which looks like three dots.
3) Click on "Add to home screen"

This should add the forum green w to your home screen and you will be able to directly access the forum from there.

Thanks for that ,it just seems to replace the location app that's there ,it does not create a new "W"..it's works until you then go into the location app and then that replaces the site app.? ? ?

Just an update,found that if I open the app I have for the poi,and then click instructions ,I can then get this site to pop up.

Struggling to use the app, in the guide it says 6) You can click on "Navigate to location" to open Google maps navigation with the location coordinates pre-loaded for you.


1 to 5 are there but no number 6 on any of my mobile devices, has it been removed.

Ah, thank you, nothing I could see that would have suggested 1 to 5 are all there appeared to be.

Been using the app all week now, it works really well, the only problem (possibly me) is when I use the near me button it locates me but when I zoom out it loses me, shouldn't it still show my position?

Use the + and - buttons on screen to zoom in and out. Don't use your fingers.
