Why don't all dealers do this?

The handover is helpful of course, but you're so excited they may as well not bother. With a video, you can have it on your phone and answer all the questions when you need them and must save this dealer hours and hours on the phone.


We bought on 21st April 2021 from Essex, 5 days before the COVID travel restrictions were lifted in Scotland [England opened up 12th April IIRC], so we never had a handover [we relied upon an IIndependent Mobile Engineer to inspect on our behalf] and only had photos prior to the purchase. But the Engineer knew the Dealers, the Dealer paid the Independent Engineer's fee, and we got a full video handover which went to the 'total idiot's level' of detail - absolutely invaluable. I still have the video in my stash of M/Home files et al!
