No communication, sent order, messaged 4 times abd no response
Are they still in business or do I go elasewhere?

The physical shop in Exmouth closed permanently a couple of months ago. I was talking to the owner Dave shortly before and he’s told me he will be online only from now on as the business profile didn’t warrant staying as a service provider - it was too seasonal.

Dunno, not seen them mentioned for a good while, I know he created MotorhomeFacts then sold it to Vertical Slope, he started another forum but dunno what happened to that either.

Someone on here knows him personally so we might hear from them.

I ordered something from them a few months ago, when it didn't arrive I tried ringing but just got an answerphone message. The following week I got the item from elsewhere and requested a refund from outdoorbits (oops, typed outdoorgits!), which arrived pretty quickly, so all good. Usually I read reviews of websites but didn't bother this time because I had previous good experiences with them. Times change, huh.
