What's the difference?

Confused again.
Both these gadgets appear to do the same thing i.e. give you battery information, is one better than the other or are they completely different things?

I have a Victron charger newly installed.
Bluetooth connection on that one only works on external electrical hookup.

I’ve got both of these fitted the first one has a panel for read out and gives a Bluetooth readout through phone or tablet gives a lot more accurate idea of state of batteries condition and usage as it connects through a shunt. The second is a dongle that attaches to a Victron device to grab info and send via Bluetooth to a phone or tablet. so the second one is just an add on to an older victron device as most of the new victron stuff has blue tooth built in. Well that’s what i think
