my first weekend out the start of 2008
It was an AGM and Chairmans Dinner at Siddington Village hall near Alderley Edge Cheshire (CCC) just a few miles from my home.
I arrived Friday evening so I could stay in bed Saturday morning you know we use to call them LIE INS
Problems with my ignition button (sticking down) on my fire but not to worry after a few wines thought I had better leave till morning.
Sat I had problems lighting my stove for my brew.
This is where I called on one of my friends.
Going back to the last weekend I wanted to change my blue gas over to red (Not really a CITY fan more a MAN UNITED) bought a new regulater but found I could not connect due to the fitting so I put the blue gas back on.
Back to finding a friend to help me out.
Oh dear I was to be informed that my gas was empty (put the wrong gas bottle on) but was loaned a single camping burner brill as long as I had my coffee I could wash in cold water (no I think I am telling porky pies)
So on my return home I went to glossop caravans just a few miles from home in the opposite direction to purchase what I need for a manual change over. Then one of my friends came and fitted it for me.
I am now ready for going to visit my brother down in mid wales.
Then back home to take delivery of my new washer (don't ask I have been flooding the kitchen today) then off to steward the DA meet at Clitheroe for Easter then back to try out my washer and see where I can go before nursery re opens and back to work.
