It's your own fault. That's what you get for buying a Satnav. :p

i know about sneaky things hiding in the grass found some rocks in scotland when turning the van round

Has anyone NOT had a minor Scrape or Dent

As Victor would say "I don't believe it !"

I am your parallel world I have taken the wing mirror off the car or rather white van man did (but it was green) and I caught a metal railing in my MH and put 4 holes in the wheel arches with a lovely deep scratch running between each hole Bill my other half fixed the MH with modellers Miliput and epoxy resin the wing mirror still needs sorting at the moment Gafatape does the job lol.

Commiserations, but most of us have done something similar. Upsetting when it's your pride and joy though.

Upsetting and expensive if you don't have anyone in the know.

It's a sickener isn't it.

We collapsed down an inspection chamber, tilted over and punched a hole in the side bodywork having hit a bracket on the facia.
Haven't even used the MH, this was after driving it back from where we had bought it and parking it on the drive!
Felt sick as a parrot.

I know it's upsetting at the time but it sounds like that's your three in a row done and dusted at least... onwards and upwards now thumb.gif
My MH has her fair share of dents and scratches but I think of them as adventure scars... each one tells a story and I still love her to bits :)

my old van has a motley, yet artistically pleasing, selection of black sticky tape scattered hither and thither around its ancient old body..... i rather like it actually... and am now looking for different coloured sticky tapes so i can "design" an art work when i do the next dumb driving into something and have to do a running repair !!! The joy of an old van... none of this matters !!
