Does anyone know any good wild camping spots around Weston - Kewstoke - Worle that general area.

I know the area very well, but am struggling to think of somewhere pleasant and legal to stay. Lots of places I could stop, but not ideal!

Any contributions gratefully received!

Try Sand Bay.....the car park right at the end of the road......nasty left hand hairpin bend to negotiate though. If you have a big vehicle it may take you a couple of goes to get around it......I stopped there a couple of years ago in July without any problems.

theres a couple of large laybye on the toll road from weston to sand bAY should know i live here dont camp local

I know the car park well. It used to be closed each day when I lived there, but maybe has changed?

The laybys are a possibility, as are Worlebury Woods which I thought of after posting this.

Thanks.

In westin ive stayed over a few times near the end of the sea fron at weston towards burhnam, where the crazy golf and min train grass area is. opposite the main road is a couple of quite street mainly old peoples home near a park a bowling club, i think one is called clarence road or street. its quite and ive had no bother , i think thier is a guy who stays full time in his an autoquest ducatti type. hope this helps

We stopped during the day, and you do have to pay then. unless you have a Blue Badge. However, while we were there we met a Wild Camper (don't know if he was a member?) who told us you could go round the back of that car park, and there was a space where lorries parked, that was free overnight.
