Take care if travelling in West Lothian today roads standing water ,floods at kerb sides and trees still scattered about

Felt like a break so headed off for Ruby Bay (Elie) today via the back roads in Fife, mainly so we could pop into the Peat Inn! The roads were just as Gordon describes so just as well we weren’t in a hurry. Now at Ruby Bay and for the first time in all our visits we’re the only van here. Ship Inn booked for a meal tomorrow night.
