Welsh stuff

I think Bill brought a 1/2 bottle....(tut tut) to the Hafield closing meet..... and good stuff it was too...... that is untill AJ dashed off to his van with it and locked the door......all we heard , as we banged on the door was a sobbing " bloody Taffies making wiksey... Ill swing for the Hym singing B****rd's"

That 1/2 bottle was full when it arrived at Hayfield, but needless to say it didn't stop that way:D It was the small bottle, just to try.
Will have to sample ZZ's bottle, can't remember what it tastes like now;)
BTW, Morrisons are doing The Balvennie Doublewood 12yr for £21.99 right now:D so come on get your supplies for Leek.
 
French whisky ?

Whisky seems not to be from the Scots only (admid they make the best) but also from other Celtic regions. Even in Brittany (France !) they have they have their own brand: "Armoric"; which is almost as lethal as scotch

Have a search for Evan Williams bourbon whiskey.
We had a hand in developing that too.

Might be worth a night out and a tour of the distilery, is there a decent site within stumbling distance or will they let us in the carpark for the night, second thoughts AJ's legs in the morning might turn the Whiskey :eek::eek::eek:

I'm just trying someof me dads 'Auchentoshan' quite nice for Whisky :)
