What a nice man he is. The 3p. isn't going on fuel in August. Not only that he sent me a cheque for about 10% of the amount he says he owes me for the Equitable Life fiasco, and sent me an application form for the winter Fuel Allowance. The downside is he is taking £100 of Mrs. Sams Fuel Allowance

Would have been better news if he had reduced the tax. After all, despite his rhetoric that this will help households and businesses, all it's doing is keeping things as they are - how is this going to make a difference?!!!

'Ang on lads, all he's doing is pushing it back 6 months to January. so just after Christmas when everyone is broker thn a brofe thing from brokebck mountain our fuel bill will rocket like, err a rocket?

No big deal really, it's just a delaying tactic in the hope we will forget about it by then!
