weather is crap in france

just looked at forecast and the weather out look is still crap
we have crossing on thursday and done no if we should head down the west coast of france
or head straight down to blanes
or go over swiss alps to lake garda
its our first time traveling abroad and dont want to be sat in the van watching the rain
