Do you mean when you turn on the water tap or leccy switch? If it's the latter
isolate the pump, if the fuse continues to blow then there's a problem in the wiring. If it's okay but blows when you connect the pump again then at least you will know where the problem lay. First of all of course check you have the correct rated fuse.
