That was our problem in Italy, it was 42° and when we returned to the van, we found that the bathroom tap had exploded and emptied the tank, luckily most of it went into the basin and tank. Probably had exceeded 50° in the van, trying to find parts was another saga.We have already had leaks before and try to only switch the pump on when we need it, but we may have got a bit lazy of late.
I'm glad you mentioned pressure with heat. The last Failure was after heating had been on for a hour in the morning. We are currently at 6000 feet and I wondered if this makes a difference.
Yes altitude will increase the pressure in the system (open the tap) and your kettle for cuppa wont be boiling at 100c, a bit lower, as you gain altitude and experience lower atmospheric pressure, Off now to continue doom scrolling FaceBook's 'Dull man's Club' GroupWe have already had leaks before and try to only switch the pump on when we need it, but we may have got a bit lazy of late.

We've gone one step further and left a tap open as well as switching the pump off, now that the horse has well and truly bolted.Yes altitude will increase the pressure in the system (open the tap) and your kettle for cuppa wont be boiling at 100c, a bit lower, as you gain altitude and experience lower atmospheric pressure, Off now to continue doom scrolling FaceBook's 'Dull man's Club' Group![]()

Thanks we have spent €7.50 and goodness knows how much in diesel & tolls to get a 12mm speedfit to 15mm pushfit. The pushfit doesn't have much for the jubilee clip to grip so we are trusting in our bodge, with this as a back-up.Hope you get sorted.
With the church, I'm never clear whether it's those in Holy Orders who pray and the congregation who prey, or vice versa ... Buggered if I know, so I'll stay with atheismWhile in the area you could've popped into Lourdes to ask for a miracle as backup.....

If it was leaking rom the female end, wouldn't some of those replacements for the bulky pee pants that are advertised on the telly solve the problems? And is 'tenacity' where they all live? Answers on a postcard ...If it was leaking from the female end you can pull the end out and put a new O ring in maybe a bit late but might help some one else
I need my Tena Pants for the passes up here. We're just on our way back down from the top at Bonaigua, and quite frankly I daren't look out of the windows. This road has barriers, white lines and everything too!If it was leaking rom the female end, wouldn't some of those replacements for the bulky pee pants that are advertised on the telly solve the problems?
