A hardened steel swaging block that requires hammering in as opposed to fitting in a drill.
They don't seem to make the old type any more.

Looking for 15mm mainly.

Plenty of 15mm that fit in drills but finding metric sizes for the old type is difficult, 5/8" is 15.87mm, would that be too big?
Or find a friendly workshop with a lathe
