This "collection of bits and pieces" :) is the Webasto montage kit.
It is not so difficult to make it work. ;)

Hi, sorry can't help with the bracket. I have looked on my software parts disc, and can't see the bracket you require. Doesn't look too difficult to manufacture, either by yourself or localy. Good luck.

Happy Camping:)

webasto

Hi, Popescuv
Happy puzzling :p
"Abgasleitung" is the exhaust of the Webasto. If you mount everything under the van no extra support is needed for the exhaust ; the exhaust goes into the free air.(thats OK even in Rumania:rolleyes:). Fix the pipe somewhere near the outside at the chassis.
Salut

Yes you have right, "Abgasleitung" is the exhaust of the Webasto but near that is the air inlet end if the exhaust gas enter in that pipe the burner will stop because it have not enough air to maintain the flame inside. The air inlet is not mark on the drawing but you can see two gauge, one with the pipe and other empty. I must have to connect two pipe: one for the air inlet and the other for the exhaust.

@Pioneer
I wish to use something original.
Of course in the meanwhile I start working to manufacture myself this piece but I still hope to find an original one.
I attach another picture from webasto parts with their factory number

As far as I can see, you'll be safe if the exhaust is away from the intake. Here I see 'Ansaug' (intake) is next to 'Abgas' (exhaust). ??
(and why > 'Einlegeplatte,Abgasrohr 1000 lang... ?)
I think you could better mount a tube (the alu-flex) from the silencer to the free air and attach it somewhere with a simple bracket.

Thank you for your tips.
The fuel pump is inside of the Webasto and I don't need extra fuel pump.
It is an old model 2003. The newer one have the fuel pump outside and also the water pump. The new Webasto allready have the tube to connect the exhaust and air tube. The new Webasto have a different mount.
Because my webasto is an 2003 model I can not find the bracket to mounting it.
I start working to make myself a support but is difficult without the adequate tools.
Image from behind of my Webasto and how I must connect the pipe.

"'Einlegeplatte,Abgasrohr 1000 lang" is the exhaust tube 1m long. Is all ready connected but I have this exhaust tube.

The problem is solved.
Thank you for your replays.
