50cm dish and tripod preffered but will consider anything. All offers will get a reply.

Aldi had some portable ones , not sure on dish size, but were magnetic mount , and complete with receiver WAS 12v or 240v -

In our store last thursday. and only £50-£60 ish.
 
I think the Aldi satellite systems were a few weeks back but I guess some are still in stores.

The dish size is 35cm , which might be a bit small for France.

Lidl Satelite system complete with 38cm dish

I have a complete sat system in a suitcase with a 38cm dish & Magnetic and
suction mounts which I bought & only erected once. This system was sold by
Lidl & is complete with full instructions in English & some other languages. I
would like to get £40 as it is virtually new,but am open to a sensible offer.

complete sattelite system for £79:99.
not the suitcase type looks quite good.
the dish looked about 50cm in diameter.
be good for all over europe.

Zen, the cheapest tripod I found was a secondhand portable two part rotary clothes line. The lower half is a VERY sturdy tripod - it stops a line full of washing from blowing over!

I then bolt a std house dish on it. Total cost = £7.50 for clothes line & £15 for dish and LNB (which I painted in white Hammerite so it blends in when stood next to the van).
