Wanted - Flat bed trailer suitable for Smart Car - 3m long and 1.6m wide. Must have over-run brakes

if you whant to tow it behind your motor home a freind of mine as one of those a frames it lent it to me to tow a car and they are very good

From what I have been told some people have been careless about leaving the car in gear; that's what does 'em in

A framing cars is illegal in parts of europe, spain and the UK included.
Stick to a trailer

I've seen the posts elsewhere on Wildcamping. I've also talked to a couple of pals who supply trailers. Their view was "don't even bother" they'd also heard the tales coming back from France and Spain and are rubbing their paws at the prospect of increased sales
Apparently, the "A" frames are not legal in Germany or Belgium
