Well it is now June and I still do not have a van :(

Unfortunately I have a small budget and vans are expensive!

So does anyone (millionaire members maybe) want to sell me their old Autosleeper duetto cheap? (my Mum says "if you do not ask you do not get")

BTW i have no problem with "banter" replies to this thread like "Get a better job" etc :)

Phil

I think that you should apply to the Lottery Foundation for a grant I feel sure that they can help you.

if she cuts down on waste sleep time to say 3 hours a day, working for minimum wage for the remainder, then you should be in the region of £700 a week better off, of course allowing her to have sunday off, to spend on her favorite hobbies, cooking sunday roast and cleaning, while you do the hard and stressful work of deciding where your travels are going to take you next:cheers:

let us know if she agrees, then I might ask my wife...:cool1:

yeh right i'm a devout coward, found out a long time ago that I'm allergic to pain.:wacko:

i'm off to hide now:danger::have fun:

its no probs. they leave you. then you can get a continual flow of other maybe younger models to show off their catering ,cleaning skills. there are thousands of them out there. even fishermen put some back. lifes so hard when you are perfect .(i keep telling myself.)also when they have gone you can get the bathroom shelf back. and get rid of the twenty five types of hair conditioner etc.
low flying remarks on radar goodbye. head down. cheers alan.

now all phill needs is £19999.00 and he is well set up, think he may well be able to stump up the quid deposit

I do now have an Autosleeper Duetto :)

I picked it up last week and although it needs some tinkering I am very happy with it.

Already fitted most of the stuff from our old vans in it, inverters batteries etc.

Just need a childs roof bed now!

Well Done Phil!

I am a Autosleepers fan also and have a 2001 Symphony.
Get the old broadband sorted and you can administer wildcamping while actually doing it. It's amazing where you can connect to broadband these days. That is how I do the sites I look after.

Best Wishes
IanM
