Anyone know where i can get some wall & roof lining the very thin stuff about 10 sq meters in the north west for my project cheap as possible

But possibly a bit far from you.

You could line with ordinary ply and cover with carpet or even paper it, if you could get some with a decent finnish stain & varnish can be quite effective.
