VW T4 campervan base (part built) + trailer

Owner has asked to re-list this VW T4 campervan base plus trailer, with new price for quick sale. Vehicle fitted with Leisuredrive hi-top and has been used as a campervan in the past but has had most equipment removed and rear seats re-installed. It would be highly suitable for re-conversion, as it is fitted with fridge vents, power socket, water inlet (Truma crystal compact), a hob/grill/sink unit (in need of cleaning up) and a towbar plus 4x3' trailer which could be used to carry extra gear, loo tent, awning, etc. Front passenger seat has a swivel fitting. An aerial is also fitted. It dates from 1993 but is in excellent condition for this age with just a couple of bodywork areas showing slight rust - one body seam and n/s front wheelarch - neither are bad. I am listing this for a friend (who is not a motorhomer), who tells me it will be sold with 12 months MOT. It has a 2.5 litre, 5-cyl petrol engine and automatic transmission - runs and drives excellently. Mileage is 184k. Paintwork is an attractive metallic blue colour. It is now parked with me approx. 10 miles N of Cardiff and available for viewing,

Please see pictures (more can be e-mailed on request) - conversion would require removing the seats and rails, maybe using the narrower rear seat as part of a bed and installing new fridge, cupboards, etc. It seems completely free of leaks. The one major issue with it is that a previous owner started, but did not finish, repainting some of the interior plastic, the hi-top and the plastic bumpers in a different colour - see pics. The n/s mirror also needs new glass.
