Aww she's lovely. Hope she is able to bring you the cash you need now and the experience and skills needed to do it all again someday.

It's actually very useful to see her and to see the layout as we might be looking for something similar ... though I really wanted bunkbeds for the boys, or at least two single beds for them to give them their own space and be able to separate them when squabbling ...
