Vitrifrigo VF5060 3 Way Fridge Freezer wont work on gas

got new motorhome today 54 plate has Vitrifrigo VF5060 3 Way Fridge Freezer that wont work on gas works on battery and electric but when turn to gas ingition light doesn't come on or anything is there a fuse or battery that runs the igniter or anything else that stops it working please.:mad2::mad1::anyone:

Have you tried lighting the gas with the mains power disconnected, I believe these fridges auto select a power source, maybe as you have mains power connected it doesn't allow the gas ignition to work

yes m8 when unplugged can only pick the gas ignition, like our old 1 the ignition light used to flicker till it lit but this light doesn't even light checked fuse but nothing seems to work

The sparker needs to have internal battery on ? Think ours has a fuse too. Good luck

Evening - I know it's been some time since you posted this but my Vitrifrigo fridge has the exact same problem.... did you ever resolve it? working fine on mains, charges off the battery when driving and until this weekend worked fine on gas. Suddenly the ignition light has stopped flashing and won't ignite the gas.... any ideas? thanks
