Some of you may remember my rant regarding tyre socks just before Christmas. What I didn't say, was who I got them from.
Well, today I have received a full refund of £70 plus postage costs and an acknowledgement agreeing they were unfit for purpose (vehicle too heavy), their words, not mine.
The same company also offered me £10 off a new set of snow chains as good will, which I accepted.
This quite astounding customer relations was provided by THE ROOF BOX COMPANY of Sedbergh, Cumbria.
Use them with confidence.
