I just bought a 16" Kogan 12v Led Tv without dvd but the same with dvd is £89. The sound isnt great for a small tv but it suits me for the van. They were the cheapest i could find. Good luck!
Just buy their own brand TV/DVD, then cut the lead off past the adapter. The bit you plug into the mains converts 240 volts to 12 volts, so that's all you need to do, then get one of whichever plug fits the socket in your camper and you are sorted.
I just got a 16" LED Akura TV from Makro (you need to be a member or know someone who is) for £90. They did a TV DVD Combo but its not available at the moment but the reason I went for it because its just 1.2 amps or 14 watts. There is no other TV of that size that has such a low power usage anywhere unless anyone wants to prove me wrong (I did my homework).
I havent used it in anger yet but set it up in the van and its very good (so far).
