don't know if it will appear in the uk but if this is the size for you I don't think you will see a better spec

Tescos sell a 15.6 inch LED TV with DVD for £110, it does not state that it is 12 volt but it is.
You can buy the 12v cable for about £10.

the last couple of these I looked at , the usb couldn't be used as a PVR which , for me , is essential ;I record onto an external usb HD at home , and play back through the usb port

most of the channels I want to watch disappear once I am into spain
