Hi there,

Houston I may have a problem, The Turbo light is on very dimly all the time the engine is running, No loss of power or anything else different, Just wondering if this is an electrical fault, any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

ps. It is a talbot express 2.5td if that helps.

Treat all warning lights with urgency - it may be nothing, but you will kick yourself if the the engine dies with terminal damage.

That's the problem with all those electronics in cars nowadays. You never know it is serious or not.
Check with your garagist, but probably he wont know either.
The only thing he can do is put another sensor and hope everthing is OK.
Times that you could repair a car with a screwdriver and a wrench alone are gone, they call this 'progress'

usually if warning light is dim either switch or wireing maybe touchin earth,,

Houston stystems all go.

Hi guys thanks for the replies. Problem solved it was a split breather pipe or or something so pressure switch was not doing job properly. £30.00 to have fixed. Only down side we missed aweekend wilding, but hey theres always next week.
:):):):) Cheers guys.:):):)
