Trumatic C 34056/C 6002 Heater

I have a trumatic C3402/ C6002 fitted in my Hymer 514 it says 230 vault do i have to convert it with some thing to get it to work from 12 vault when not on a site

It usually works on Gas for the heating part (with 12 volt control electronics) but there is a special version Trumatic C3402/ C6002 which has 230 volt electric heating for on site. Maybe you have that one.
