Hi everyone,i just thought i would let you know (from a previous thread) the reason my boiler was failing to ignite.It was apparently the circuit board.It cost me £280.00.fitted.
I was going away this weekend but maybe not now.

Thats shocking Guy, how can this cost be justified:mad:
The PCB went on my domestic combi boiler at home 3 times in as many years at a cost of £50 a time:(
 
Thanks for the update, that is an horrendous price though.

Do you happen to know the breakdown between the part cost and labour? I'm guessing that labour cost #230 and the part #50.
 
Nothing seems a reasonable price in the motorhome world.
We had to have a cooler unit for the fridge freezer over £300.00:eek:
mind you a new complete tower is £1500:eek:
 
The price for the circuit board was £180.00 and labour £100.00.
It does seem excessive for the circuit board.
It was done at c&s caravans in Accrington.
