Oh Folks who can help. truma 6e boiler works fine on gas. So when I switch it on to 240v operation no heat from heater or water. All lights on Sargent control panels show good as if normal. No red light. Reset on bolier pressed in. No change. Took cover off. 12V (10A) fuse is good. 240v (10A) fuse is good. Green led light on PCB shows green. So then. What next to check anybody. Thanks. I do get cold air being blown through when control panel is on electric operation 2 bars and other on heat flame symbol. If I change to 40 or 60 deg c water - no hot water. All ideas welcome.

First point would be to use a multimeter to see if mains heating element is open circuit.

i.e. "broken"

Or check if the water heater is drawing current on 240 volts, if you have a smart meter, electric meter with red flashing light etc ?

I had similar and turned out both heating elements had burnt out. No faults were showing but there was no 240v consumption when the heating was turned on to electric. I don’t understand why as I never run heating with the boiler dry and the dealer told me it seemed to be a common problem. This was in a 2010 van with the Truma 6E unit.
It’s an easy fix if you can either get access to the end of the heater or better still remove the heater.

Have you checked the circuit breakers in your electric consumer unit? The heater should have its own one.
