truck navpal - igo primo maps

hi folks.
i purchased a nav pal last year which included lifetime maps update.
so far there is no sign of 2019 updates.
i contacted the seller who told me they should be available shortly.
that was 2 months ago.

It's not just a case of updating the maps you also need the licence that goes with them. Have a look at gpspower.net they have a very good iGO section. You need to know which version you are running. WinCE or Android.

when i bought the "the nav pal" with life time map updates, there was no mention of i needing a licence.
i just checked the site & the latest maps are 2018.

i can update my garmin car sat nav when updates are available & never any question of a licence.

do i need a licence to update "the nav pal"

Hi , I have used these cheap satnavs for years, is the screen a bit dull i.e. not good in bright sunlight, I was thinking of getting one of these as they claim it's brighter than the others. Try joining this page, they have all the latest downloads for most of the cheap truck satnavs. Bit fiddly but well worth the effort if you want the very latest.
