truck navpal - igo maps.

hi all.
i set my navpal for truck use.
i put the height in as 10 ft. when i was approaching a bridge with 16.5 ft clearance it tried to divert me.
as i got closer to the bridge it told me it was a restricted area.
has anyone come across this ?
any ideas please ?

Check if your satnav is set to metres instead of feet. It may think you are over 30 feet tall.
