Travel to the Canary islands

We are thinking about going to the Canary islands for 6 weeks or so from the beginning of February. I have been trying to find timetables and costs but every website that I have tried just has me going around in circles. Anyone have any advice/suggestions?

For ferries to Canary's, only one I know of is Fred Olsen Lines.

p.s. just tried to do a dummy booking, you might have to email them for next year, latest dates I could find to book where in November, about 1500 euro return
