Just in the process of converting van and it has the original one piece plastic floor tray .should I remove it and fit a plywood floor ?

Yes! Best to insulate the floor. Glue battons to the floor, insulate in between and ply over the top. Have a peek at a sister site motorhomebuilder.com and have a dig through to see what others have done. Good luck with your build and plan, plan and then plan some more! Stevie.

Definitely a ply floor and plan where you are going to put in gas drop out vents and plumbing pipes out through the floor. Easiest done at that stage, trust me!

Not had one, but I seen they make you skinny and blurry ! Lol
I think the roofs more important, as your always have shoes on. Plys like £50 18 mils. Nikeys about £ 50 afoot.
